Following the Part 145 audit program held on 2015, Diba Energy Company (D.E Co.) received C7 rating approval for TAY650-15 engines from IRI CAO. Later on, by developing necessary infrastructure, increasing the scope of work & capability list, our company obtained approvals for the following aero engine types:

• PW-100series
• CFM 56-all versions
• V2500-all versions
• JT8D-200series

Developing hard & soft infrastructures in part repair section such as repair engineering, QA & QC and design bureau beside repair shops in operation, contributed significantly to improved repair procedures such as plasma and thermal barrier coating, laser cladding, flow tests, GFA & improvement of supplementary welding processes entitling DE Co. as the first Iranian private company to perform Hot & Cold section part repair, disassembly, assembly & balancing of the modules of the aforementioned aero engines. In addition, while we function within strict compliance requirements of safety and airworthiness, we are also considered as an economically efficient MRO for domestic airlines.

Thanks to the experience gained from hot and cold section part repair activities, in order to complement the engine service process to airlines, DE Co. obtained B1 approval from IRI CAO in 2020 to expand its services to cover aero engine’s modules removal & installation as well. and now it has B1 approval for TAY650-15 engine and CFM56-all versions.
