Engine MRO
As a recognized MRO provider certified by the Iranian Civil Aviation Authority (IRI CAA), we hold the following approvals and certifications:
• Maintenance organisation Approval (MOA) under Part 145 (B1 and C7 Ratings).
• Design organisation Approval (DOA) under Part 21 (Subpart J).
• Production organisation Approval (POA) under Part 21 (Subpart G).
• Supplemental Type Certificate (STC)
As an MRO center, we are capable to perform maintenance in accordance with standard procedures and as per the granted privileges on CFM56 (all series), V2500-A1 & A5, PW100 series, TAY650-15 and JT8D 200 series.
• Engine Performance Analysis and Troubleshooting
• Engine Removal and Installation
• Modules repair including cold section and hot section modules (dis-assembly and de-blading, blading and balance, and module assembly)
• Part repair including cleaning and Inspection, Heat Treatment, NDT, Laser Cladding, Laser Welding, Tip Grinding, Shot Pinning, Flow Test, Diffusion Coating, Thermal Barrier Coating, Gas Flow Area Measurement (GFA), etc.
